Welcome home
My path to design began between cultures—raised in Germany by Korean parents, I learned early early that home transcends geographic boundaries. It lives in moments, in materials, in thoughtfully designed spaces that ground us. What started as a search for belonging evolved into an understanding that home isn't found in a single place, but in thoughtfully crafted moments.
Each project I work on carries this insight, drawing on Korean minimalism and German Bauhaus principles and balancing function with considered design. Each detail is intentional. Through careful material selection and considered forms, we create pieces that invite pause in a rushing world.
Through Handwerk, I create furniture and spaces that transform daily rituals into moments of intention. Every piece grounding us in the present with an invitation to slow down.
