  • Furniture & Decor

    Carefully selected and intentionally placed furniture and decoration can make all the difference in turning your house into a home. I work with you to create a cohesive design and source beautiful furniture and decor to create a style that is uniquely yours.

    This service includes:
    Ordering and purchasing items
    Coordinating deliveries and shipments
    White glove delivery and installation with onsite management
    Hand selected accessories to complete your design

  • Full Remodels and Renovations

    We go beyond furniture and look at all the details that bring function and form together to create your unique home - floor and wall treatment, lighting fixtures, color schemes, hardware and cabinets. 

    This service includes:
    Floor plans and design boards
    On-site visit with contractor for walk-through and follow-up site visits as needed
    Full project management with procurement and daily management of tradespersons
    Weekly status updates to you 

The Process

1. DISCOVERY CALL

Set up a 15 minute consultation call via Zoom to go over the goals and challenges of your project. This will give us some time to get to know each other and determine if we’re a good fit!

There is no need to prepare for this, this is a free consultation call I will go through a few basic question to understand the project.

2. CONSULTATION MEETING

To maximize your time, we will spend the first 20 minutes walking through the space. We will deep-dive into your challenges and dreams and desires for the space.

We will then sit down to go through your inspirations on Pinterest, Instagram, magazines etc. and I will take you through the details of the design process. I will finish by taking specific measurements of your space and discussing a budget range to put a more detailed estimate together for you.

The consultation meeting is priced at $200 for an hour. When we move forward with the full project execution, this will be applied as a credit to your overall project cost.

3. PROPOSAL REVIEW / KICK-OFF

In this follow-meeting (in person or on zoom call) we will review the detailed estimate and project summary. You can expect a cost breakdown along with preliminary mood boards and timelines.

This is your opportunity to fine-tune the scope of the project, and it’s time to get excited about getting a step closer to your dream space!

4. DESIGN PROPOSAL + IMPLEMENTATION

This is where the magic happens! I will present you with a full space design with full details on furniture/decor or room finishes. There is room to make revisions and re-selections, I want to make sure that you are part of the process and the space truly represents you.

Once finalized, we manage the install for you. From assembling furniture for smaller projects to moving walls, painting and installing cabinets for larger projects.

As a student of architecture everything Bauhaus has profoundly fascinated me and to the day one of the best exhibitions I’ve ever been to was the Bauhaus exhibition at the V&A Museum in London 15 or some years ago.

I love working with clients to create a space that allows them to live in joy, entertain friends and be a safe haven.

  • I work on projects of different scale that range from one room furniture projects to kitchen and bathroom remodels and specialty furniture creation.

  • Absolutely not. My goal is to work with you to create a place that feels uniquely home to you. While I take the lead in bringing designs forward, I am taking inspiration from your vision and we work closely together to make final selections.

  • It depends on the scale of your project! Design fees range around $8-$15 per square foot depending on the project and furniture/decor items and finishing will be based on your budget range.

  • We work with our trusted contractors and partners who have been carefully selected for their professionalism, clear communication and careful treatment of your home.

  • My style is inspired by my upbringing in a minimalist Korean household and the beauty in functionality of the Bauhaus movement rooted in Germany. I strongly believe that a space should reflect your style and also the way that you live your life.

    I work a lot with warm neutral tones as a base to create room for more colorful and individual expression. Geometric forms are a favorite of mine.
